So misst du richtig

Brustumfang: an der vollsten Stelle der Brust, das Maßband waagerecht halten.

Taille: an der schmalsten Stelle des Oberkörpers, meist knapp über dem Bauchnabel.
Hüfte: an der breitesten Stelle von Hüfte und Po, Füße geschlossen.
Körpergröße: barfuß und aufrecht stehend, vom Scheitel bis zum Boden.

Über leichter Unterwäsche mit einem weichen Maßband messen. Eng anlegen, aber nicht einschnüren.
