Comment prendre vos mesures ?
  • Poitrine : mesurez autour de la partie la plus forte de la poitrine, en gardant le mètre parallèle au sol.
  • Dessous de poitrine : mesurez fermement autour des côtes, juste sous la poitrine.
  • Taille : mesurez autour de la partie la plus fine du buste, généralement juste au-dessus du nombril.
  • Hanches : pieds joints, mesurez autour de la partie la plus forte des hanches.
  • Taille : tenez-vous droite, pieds nus, et mesurez du sommet de la tête jusqu’au sol.

Mesurez par-dessus un sous-vêtement fin, avec un mètre ruban souple. Le mètre doit être ajusté sans serrer.
